Sprout Farmers’ Super Smoothie

That said, I have been dialing this in for several years now. If you're really looking for the broccoli sprout magic, a full container will easily work. Substitute your favorite milk type of milk or nuts, add or take away the ginger, any supplemental powder can be added, blueberries or other frozen fruit works just as well. Sometimes I throw a carrot in there. I add water last up to almost submerging the other ingredients...gives a good consistency, you don't have as much sticking to the bl

- ½ container / 1.5oz broccoli sprouts

less or more is fine!

- ¼ to ½ teaspoon ginger

 just a slice

- 1/2 cup whole raw almonds

cashews and walnuts work well too!

- 1 cup almond milk

- Full scoop of protein powder or supplement of choice

- 1 frozen banana

- 1/2c water (optional, skip if you like thicker smoothies)
